What is the SIS.MI.C.A.® Pillar and what problems does it solve?

The SIS.MI.C.A.® Column is a structural reinforcement system patented by Logica Tre, developed for the seismic improvement of existing reinforced concrete columns. Ideal for buildings designed without anti-seismic regulations, this system increases flexural and shear strength and improves the confinement and ductility of columns. Through the use of high-strength steel plates, assembled with certified bolts and structural mortar, SIS.MI.C.A.® Pillar allows for rapid, safe interventions that comply with NTC2018 and Eurocode regulations, even in difficult construction site conditions or on degraded structures.
