WHO WE ARE

Founded in 2017, Logica Tre® is rooted in the vision of Lorenzo Andreini, a young engineer who, at just 28 years old, transformed an intuition born from his degree project into an innovative start-up, aimed at revolutionising the consolidation and reinforcement of reinforced concrete structures, minimising the impact on buildings and the lives of their inhabitants.

MISSION

The Mission of Logica Tre® is to present innovative technological solutions, less invasive for the inhabitants of the structure and more performing than those currently in use. Logica Tre®, in fact, lays its foundations on the firm belief that it is necessary to prevent earthquake damage first of all and that the strengthening intervention on buildings can certainly be implemented with systems that have a decidedly lower impact than the current ones. The Logica Tre® team, thanks to its consolidated background in Seismic Engineering, has developed alternative solutions in this sector, significantly limiting the impact of the intervention on the structure and at the same time achieving the highest level of safety possible. These represent two supports aimed at developing the diagnosis phase and the subsequent intervention phase. The first, Paco©, is used for the rapid structural analysis of reinforcement, while SIS.MI.C.A.® was created to provide for the restoration of the building. In addition to the undoubted advantages from the point of view of environmental disturbance and invasiveness on the structure, the two tools bring benefits in optimizing logistics costs, workers and the use of mechanical means. From this perspective, Logica Tre® has engaged its technicians for years in the search for innovative solutions to place on the market alongside what already exists both in the field of diagnostics and solutions to the structural deficiencies of buildings. These procedures aim to cause as little stress as possible to the people present inside the property, proposing solutions that are complete in every part and implemented in absolute safety.

SIS.MI.C.A.® – SIStemi MIgliorativi Cemento Armato SIS.MI.C.A.® is the only patented system in Italy that allows the reinforcement of nodes from the outside of the building, allowing inhabitants to remain inside the building even during the installation phase. The SIS.MI.C.A.® kit consists of SIS.MI.C.A.® plate in S355 steel, connectors, R4 structural mortar, C2 epoxy resin, hole guide centering device and dedicated Logica3 software for analysis and design of node reinforcement.
The innovative nature of SIS.MI.C.A.® fully reflects the corporate philosophy of Logica Tre®, aimed at streamlining intervention operations and minimizing inconvenience for the people who live there.

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT - R&D

Logica Tre®, seeking continuous improvement of its products, continually invests in innovation. For Logica Tre®, up to now, the carrying out of R&D has resulted in the achievement of numerous and significant milestones such as the registration of its trademarks, copyright protection, the patent of the SIS.MI.C.A.® system and the registration of the its design at European level. The prestigious collaboration with the University of Bergamo has allowed the experimental validation of the SIS.M.I.C.A.® patent, thus guaranteeing designers a tested and high-performance product. The R&D area has always been one of the central themes for Logica Tre®, which has identified specific partners for the implementation of important projects, such as the development of the Logica3 software dedicated to the application of the patented SIS.MI.C.A.® system.
